About Ed.
Ed has been selling since 1989.
In 1989, my wife Beckydecided she wanted to become a Realtor. I was working full-time, but thought it would be good for me too. So, we both attended classes offered thru Bradley University and we got our license at the same time. Initially, Becky sold full time and did well. Later, she decided to purchase a floral business and for a number of years we were both “part-time” Realtors; to help “work” our children thru college. In 2001, I decided it was time for a career change (Becky called it retirement) so I obtained my Broker’s License and soon thereafter became the Managing Broker of the Canton office.
My broad background in business administration and finance for 30+ years has been a great benefit in managing the Canton Office and in my ownsales success. While residential sales are my main focus, I am comfortable selling commercial property; my career experiences include buying and selling operating businesses.
Ed is involved in his community.
Being a participant in the community you live in is important. Whether you are a member of the Chamber, or the President of a recreation association overseeing 43 little league teams and 60 adult softball teams (yes, there a story behind this comment), those who actively participate are the ones who ultimately “shape” your community for the future.
